Operating Partners
Chas Carrier, President - Responsible for finance, sales, and product development, Chas brings over twenty years of leadership accomplishments to the management of C&C residential properties. Prior to C&C, he was President and CEO of Getinge USA, a $250 million medical equipment company. Chas was also a senior executive with PepsiCo, Inc. and an analyst with Goldman Sachs & Co. He has an engineering degree from Penn State University and an MBA from the Wharton School.

John Cantleberry, Vice President - John leads C&C's acquisitions and rehab operations areas, and he brings over twenty-five years of business experience to the organization. Prior to C&C, John held senior leadership positions in both the telecommunications and airline industries. John has an engineering degree from Kettering University and an MBA from the Wharton School
